Legal Question in Family Law in California

Restraining Orders

How can I fiind out if I have restraining orders against me? My ex husband put a post that I have them in three states. Wouldn't I know if I had them? Utah, and 2-3 in CA

I think he's blowing smoke. Yes, you do have to be served and have an opportunity in court to argue against the issuance of an order.

As far as finding out, you probably need to contact an attorney in each of the states involved. Also, you might consider sending him a certified letter demanding that he produce such restraining orders or you will sue him for defamation.
