restraining orders
my husband filed a restraining order agasinst me and put himself on my son it. due to a previous incident between my husband and i they issued the restraining order. he violated his own restraining order and was allowing me to still see my son. when we go to our custody hearing will this look negative on him or me

It is my understanding that he cannot violate the restraining order. You are the one that is restrained from contacting him and having contact with your son. He is not restrained from any conduct and therefore there is nothing for him to violate.
