restraining orders
When a temporary restraining order is issued. what happens if the court exceeds the required time limit needed to hear the matter. is it true the court only has 15-22 days to hear the matter on why the restraining order should/shouldn't be made premanent. and if the time limit has expired they can hear the case but the restraing order is expired.

The restraining order is valid after it is issued without a hearing for 20 days. However, the court may extend the restraining order for a number of reasons. If the restraining order cannot be served in time or if the restrained party requests a continuance to retain an attorney. You need to get an attorney to respond to the retraining order and if appropriate oppose it.
