My wife has put a restraining order on me but I have not been served yet, what happens if I don't show up at the hearing which is tomorrow 4/29/09 but I am not ready and I do not have an attorney.

Re: Restraining orders
If you were not served personally then you are techincally not required to show up to the hearing.
As always please consult with a local attorney prior to taking legal action. Good luck.
