Retied militay pay, divorce, Disability

I married a Mexican National.We are now divorcing. Can the court award her part my military pay I earned before we married. I'm drawing SS as well. Same ? applies. Receiving disability for DPSD from Vietnm serving as a NavyCorpsmen. What part, of any part, of this is exempt. I Married her when I was 67 and she was 53. I owned the home we live in and have accumulated nothing since. She wants 1/2 of everything. I spent most of my money upgrading the place for her. I feel like an old fool please advise me Please advice me

Anything owned by you prior to the marriage is your separate property. It is very possible that there is no community property that she would get half of, however, a more thorough review of you circumstances is necessary.
