retirement

I have been divorced for 20 years and want to know if I am entitled to my ex husbands retirement from the military.

If your judgment says nothing you may be able to go back to court and ask the court to divide the retirement as an ommitted asset. You should have the judgment reviewed by a family law attorney this is a very difficult area. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
