Hello;
I filed for divorce and I sent a letter to the company my husband was working claiming interest in his retirement, but now my husband and I came to an agreement and he needs to take his retirement so he can give me my money. What can I do now? Thank you!

Get the agreement turned into a court order that provides that the retirement is to be released to pay you. Then send a copy of the court order to the employer.
