Retirement Stipulation
In my divorce, my spouse was awarded a portion of my military retirement. After the divorce, I separated from the military and entered federal civil service (prior to being vested in the military retirement system). My ex-wife is requesting an equivalent interest in my civil service retirement. Will she prevail?
