Retirment money from Husband

I got divorced about 2 years ago. In the settlement was also that my husband should pay me $40 every monath for retirment. He has not payed jet and the amount is over $1000 by now. How can I collect the money he owes me and make him pay the $40 each monath.

The unpaid retirement is collecting interest at 10% per annum. To collect the retirement you can obtain a writ of attachment for his wages or retirement. This will provide payment of the current amount due. If you have to go to court request that he pay your attorney fees.
