Return mail '' Addressee Unknown

What further action, if any do I need to take if I have sent and received back amodification to custody document to my ex-husband. The document was returned un-open with a red stamp that says ''addressee unknown'' This was the last know address for my ex-husband, which also happens to be his mothers house.

Contact the child support agency and open a case. They have resources that you do not have to find him.
