Legal Question in Family Law in California

Revision of a M.S.A.

I was advised to take my ex-husbands offer when try to agreee on a property settlement. I listened and agreed to 9 of the 41 parcels owned . By doing so I was lead to believe the next step was for the judge to set the alimony and child support figures and discuss our personal residence and the division of personal property. After 2 1/2 years I discover the judgement was entered and I was never notified to appear or that this was to happen. I fired my first attorney and now realize the second was not any better. After 20 yeas of mariage all that we built together I recieved less than one fourth. I also have major health issues the judge at one point said he would pay alimony and child support and instructed his attorney to reach an agreement as to how much. Suddenly I discover the judgement has been filied and I got screwed. I also may mention that regarding the MSA I can prove he did not discloe all properties and assetts, yet I was told the

SA agreement is not likely to be set aside, wht? can I get some clarification on this?
