Legal Question in Family Law in California

Revision of MSA

I was rushed into agreeing to an MSA that not only do I regret but I can prove that he did not disclose all properties and assetts. I was told there are very few case in which the MSA is set aside, and it would be costly to dispute. I now was informed the judgement was entered, noone told me anything so what can I do from here?

Re: Revision of MSA

You should act immediately if you want to set aside the judgment. An attorney consultation would be best as your rights are in jeopardy.

As always please consult with an attorney in your area prior to making any legal decisions.

Good Luck!

Contact a local attorney. It's probably not too late to act.
