Reply: Revokable trust

In a general sense you can either revoke your trust or remove all of the assets from the trust. The best approach is to consult with an experienced attorney and have the trust document and divorce decree reviewed.

For a specific opinion regarding your individual circumstances, I suggest that you consult with an experienced family law & estate planning lawyer. Experience is not expensive, it's priceless!
