How to get ride fo DSS & Depency Cort

My family has been tied up with DSS & the Court for 4

years, with my 4 grands kids, three of which we received in kingap about 6/8 months ago. But the fourth has a different dady and he was deamed to be the Non-Offender #4 was placed by the court with him. #4 did not and will not live with him and now we are back with DSS and the Court.

My questions is there any way to get away from DSS and this Court and get it settled in Family Court onec an for ALL.

We have 3 of 4 because he can not get the 4 to live with him she is back in the system, why cant they just put her under Kingap with the other 3 ???

I want to get away form DSS L.A. Cnty, and this court.

Can any one HELP

If the child's father is non-offending then the court has no right to take custody away from him regardless of whether you think it would be a good idea or whether some social worker thinks it would be a good idea. Since your other grandkids are under LA DCFS you face 18 years of hell which no one can really get you out of. If they kill or injure one of your kids, call me.
