What are my rights against CPS requests?

Child Protective Services has requested my 2 year old be tested for developmental problems by the health department without informing me. They also requested a drug test from my husband (who is randomly tested by D.O.T)and me (I am 7 months pregnant).When we went to comply with their request the paperwork was messed up and the organization responsible was unable to administer testing. All of this has been done without a court order. I have also never recieved anything in writing regarding any of this, the accusations that have led to this, or anything else for that matter. Two of my three children have been pulled out of their classes at school to be interviewed without my knowledge or permission, only informed of this by my kids. This embarrassment can not possibly be legal without some kind of court order or something?????? How do I fix this??

You need to take all of the paper work to an attorney with experience with juvenile court dependency experience. This issue is too important and complex to attempt to take care of it over the internet.
