Legal Question in Family Law in California

my rights after family support divisions had their way with me

A couple of years ago we went trough FSD's process whenmy husbands ex took us for child support. So that left us paying 350.00 a month and she had 100% custody, but she was being reasonable. Now she wont let us see his son. What are our rights, and how do we go about fixing this????

In reply to your answer, please note that I do not know what you mean by "FDS's" but I think you mean District Attorney's Office for enforcement of AFDC. In any case, I will need to know whether or not there is a court order custody and visitation in effect. I will need to know if parties have established paternity by filing a Paternity Action (if they were not married to each other). If there is not a custody/visitation order by the court you need to establish a family law case obtaining orders for visitation. If you need more information you may contact my office for an initial free office consultation at 310-839-7700.
