Legal Question in Family Law in California

help?

I need help!! I need to know if I have any rights! My Father was diaganosed with parkinsons disease at 56ish? He had a livin girlfriend for 10-15 years. As soon as his illness took over she dropped his belonings (6-7 boxes) on my door step and said she was done, come to find out property they bought, livestock. his 5th wheel and other misc. items were all in her name. Do I hane any rights?

It is unlikely that you have any rights. Your father if he is still alive may have some monetary interest in the property. But the issues are too complex for the internet. Consult with a local attorney. Your father should go with you unless he is incapacitated.
