Legal Question in Family Law in California

where are my rights as a father who loves his son very much

My ex told me that if she didn't get what she wanted out of our relationship than she was going to take me down. Oh boy1 let the games begin. she has dissappeared with our son coountless times, the time before this 3mos. now he's not been seen or heard from since July 4th. I filed all the correct paper work to no availe. nothing ever happens to her. Its as if she can do anything she wants with him, violate court orders and nothing, everything is against me. shes brought up child abuse charges against me and I know this not to be true, so the only thing I can think about is if my son is safe. I need advice. Please Help!

Based on the information you provided it seems unlikely that she would be able to get away with just taking the child and hiding. You could file a OSC in re contempt for her failure to follow the visitation order.
