Re: The rights of a legal adult
When you have your 18th birthday you become an adult and may reside wherever you chose. You may also choose to drop out of high school, to get married or to join the army. What you may not choose is to stay at home playing video games while your parents continue to support you (unless that's OK with them of course). There is a pamphlet that explains all of your rights that is probably available at your school guidance office or the public library. I urge you to meet with a counselor about transitioning to your adult life. You might even decide to stay put and finish high school. Congradulations and welcome to adulthood!
