Legal Question in Family Law in California

What are my rights?

Well i have legal guardianship of my three step children, with rights of either biological parent to have the rights to the kids on holidays and summer vacations. well i let my thre children go visit their mother for christmas vacation with the agreement that they return after the first of the year, well their mother is threating to keep all three children. the court agreement was not to let them go back to biological parents without going to court first, do i have the right to make them come back to california go to court then release them to her care once oked with the courts.
