my rights

i lost my rights as a juvinile i was in a group home for the county of san bernardino located in az i was notified of the court date they failed to take me so i lost my rights is there antthing i can do now as a 26 yr old adult

his mother is dead and his great grandma has rights he is growing up in a terrable enviorment and i want to take him out please help

You should consult with an attorney in the county in which he lives. It is possible to change guardian if it is needed to protect the child. You should act quickly in this matter.
