what are my rights as a minor married to military husband?

My husband who is in the military, married me as a minor, he took me away from my family and took responsibility of me as my gaurdian. He doesnt let me have money for clothes nor food, and he is cheating on me. I have no where to go and my Mothers home is full. Am i eligible to get money from him? Am I Entitled to spousal support, medical benefits, or help with living expenses? What are my rights in this type of divorce case?

As a married person you are emancipated. You have all of the rights of any spouse including that of support. Good Luck, Pat McCrary

With the limited facts given, you would be entitled to the same marital dissolution rights as a "civilian" in respect to support and community property issues. However, there can be some federal exemptions. If you would like a free phone consultation regarding your situation, contact us directly today.

Look for a local support group. If he has abused you then there should be a women's shelter you can stay at pending obtaining finacial support. The police department can help you if there is abuse. Many military bases also have legal offices that can give you some assistance in this matter.
