Who has more rights mother or wife?

My husband and I are divorcing after 13yrs. My mother inlaw's name is on the deed of our house, my name is nowhere on house. Do I have any rights to house? My plan is for my husband to buy me out. Is it possible even if my name is not mentioned on house deed or ownership? What should I do?
