Rights on property

what are the rights of a wife on a property in california in case of divorce. Wife was added to the property- Grand Deed on 2006 as husband and wife with rights of survivalship. Husband bought the property before marriage. They have 2 kids: 14 and 16 They are married for 20 years. Mortgage payments are under husband name, Property taxes is under both names after wife name was added to the property. Wife doesn't work out of the house.

You should consult with an attorney. It is difficult to conceive that after 20 years of marriage that there is not a community property interest in the home. However you will need the help of an attorney to protect your interest.
