Legal Question in Family Law in California

Your rights reguarding Judges decisions

We are not yet divorced. We have a business that he is running and he is being allowed to take money form our investment account and transfer it to the business account.

It has been in excess of 1.5 million dollars. We have asked for the account to be frozen. It was denied. Proving these withdralls. WE have also asked for money form the account to pay lawyers for services. Also denied. I feel this is taking away my rights. I am not allowed to have any say in what can or can not be taken and used for the business. I am also being denied the money for representation. He has all the control of the accounts and business. Is there a way to get the account frozen and money for representation. Can you question the judges decision?

Before providing you with an analysis of your remedies, I would need more information about why the requests were denied. Judicial decisions can be appealed.

I suggest that you consult with an experienced family law lawyer. Experience is not expensive, it's priceless!
