what are my rights

I have been in a relationship for 15 yrs two kids I moved in with him 12yrs ago 2 yrs ago he moves out and takes my kids i remained in his house he owns at first he said because my son would be closer to school, then i was told it was tempary he continued to bring the kids to me and we would also have relations so i just thought it was temp..Now he dosnt hardly bring the kids and he is constantly throwing me out and he shuts my phone off its not even in his name when i am at work he comes in and goes through my things takes what he wants he vandalises my property writes on the wall s with my lipstick paints on the walls DO NOt Paint because I tried to fix up this dump. He says its his house and he will do what ever he wants nothing in here belongs to him!!he dosnt even live here I do one minute its okay the next minute hes throwing me out. What are my rights?????

You should retain an attorney and obtain a restraining orde removing him from the house and giving you temporary custody. His conduct is very harmful to the children. Quick action will help reduce the adverse affects of his conduct on the children.
