What are my rights?

My situation: I am a unmarried mother with a 1 1/2 yr old son. I was never married and the father sees the baby every other week. We have a signed stipulation agreeing to 50/50 custody. I have an opportunity to move to Az and buy a house and I have a great job opportunity lined up for me. What are my options? Can i take the baby with me? What are my chances of getting this kind of custody? Please tell me there is hope for me!

Move away orders are difficult. You need to contact an attorney. The chance of getting a court order for a move away depends upon the relationship of the child and the father. Also it would depend upon whether there is a court order for custody of the child.
