if my rights were taking away
my rights were terminated,my daughter was adopted by my ex girl friends new husband.do i still owe child support?or is that terminated with my rights?

Although your obligation to pay support from the adoption date forward was terminated, you may still be held responsible for back child support if you failed to pay previously ordered support.

When your child was adopted the adoptive parent became liable for supporting the child. Your obligation to pay support was terminated when your parental rights were terminated and the child was adopted.
