Legal Question in Family Law in California

my rights

my wife wants a divorce and we have two children one is 9yrs. old (step child) he already gets child support from natural father. the other is 3yrs. (natural born) to me. we have been married for 3yrs. as of april 18,2003 will i owe her alimony and child support for both children also we agreed verbally to a 50/50 split with my 3 yr. old what are my rights, and where can i seek more free info about my situation please?
