Legal Question in Family Law in California

Rights of wife while married

What are a wifes legal rights, pertaining to property? My husband does not have me listed on any of the assets, ie. house, plane, cars. We have been married since 1996, and we had lived together for a few years prior to that, we have children. I am currently not working. I am home with our younger daughter 11mths old. He also tried to close my personal credit card, which is solely in my name. He has a decent income and only gives me 600 dollars a month to take care of the household, children, myself, food, etc. I was working full time prior to my maternity leave, the company that employed me closed. For the past 5 years he did not give me money to run the household that came from my salary, I also paid for our older daughters private schooling, she now goes to public school.

Thank you, and sincere regards.
