rights of a 18 year old

we adopted a child through social services, she is now 17 years old and wants to live with her birth mother who lost parental rights?

Is she 18 or 17? If she is not 18, then she is still your responsibility unless she petitions for emancipation. Contact me directly.

If her birth mother lost her parental rights through your adoption proceeding, her birth mother has no legal rights whatsover. You have 100% legal control over this issue. It's your decision what you do.
