We have an Attorney but he mainly specialis in criminal Law however one day he is .ok. Another day he tells me , he doenst want to represent me anymore because i do not want to signed no paper, i know i have rigths and he doesnt know much about Family Law, i need an attorney that specialises in this department, asap. Me and my wife have been raisong the child she beared, i took full responsibility, and know the biological father wants to take the baby from us, he try to kill me and the baby, he is a dangerous man,He is known us for a long time, and he has touch my daughters butt and sons butt, supposevaly playing around, my wife refuses to sign visitations rights, when its dangerous for children and attorney says that we have no rights, please e-mail me back.asap. you can fire your attorney any time. tell the judge you need time to find a new attorney and he should give you some time. as to the rest of your question, your story is vague and unclear. if you want to give me a call i will try to give you some better advice and i will not charge you for the call.
