Legal Question in Family Law in California
rite now my aunt has teporere gardianship of my kids. We have a court date coming up so i can get visitation with my kids. I dont know if i should tell the judge that i am worried about my aunts daughter anger prablems when she gets mad she makes holes in her bedroom walls she is 21 and she lives in the same house with my three kids half the time its just her with my kids at home. What should i do? How should i ask or tell the judge about this? Should i ask for her to take anger classes? Thank u

You certainly tell the judge, but tell your aunt first or she will get angry. The judge probably can not order the daughter to do anything but can condltion the amount of time the aunt has the children based upon her daughter getting treatment.
