Legal Question in Family Law in California

My name is Roxanna chi i had court today in the Los Angeles superior court for divorce and full custody to my daughter he has no relationship what so ever is been 10 mons since he seen her today in court he decided to ask for DNA test the judge agree and said for me to pay half of the dna test we share cost i got nervous and said yes im not working can i appeal it i have no money to pay for it .

You can appeal any thing. But this particular appeal would undoubtedly be denied. Better to present an Income and Expense Declaration to court at next hearing showing your inability to pay right now. Perhaps payment can be taken out of spousal support.
