Rules of divorce-alimony

Been Married ten yrs.. No assets-One daughter,hers by previous marriage. No adoption. Been separated about ten months. Both been working all that time. She makes about $16 and I make about $20 per hr..Is she entitled to alimony if we were to divorce? If so, about how much?

Spousal support depends on many factors, but your relative incomes is certainly one of the most important. Your gross income is about 25% more than hers. You may not have to pay support under such circumstances. If you did have to pay support it would not be very much.
