Legal Question in Family Law in California
Rules regarding petitioner/respondent
If a petitioner lives with the respondent during the time of the temporary restraining order, which is still in effect. And the home is owned by his mother, where he resides since birth. Can he get arrested? The reason asked is because my son is trying to get joint custody and I would like to use the petitioner time she lived with us in court.
Thanks

Re: Rules regarding petitioner/respondent
You have not provided enough information for anyone to give a response. You need to discuss this with an attorney. The age if your son, and the mother of his child are important factors.
