What factors are used to determine how much a spouse gets in an s corp business?

There are many, many factors. Was the business begun during marriage? Did it increase in value during the marriage? Was the increase due to the efforts of one of the parties during the marriage or normal growth or inflation? Did it increase in value after the separation of the parties? Was the increase due to the efforts of one of the parties after separation or normal growth or inflation? Were separate funds used to purchase or increase the value of the business?
