Legal Question in Family Law in California

can sub S corps be changed during dissolutions

Does it have to be disclosed that one spouse is planning to change a Sub S Corp to a C-Corp or LLC if it would detrementially harm the other spouse per settlement or Can one spouse change SubSCorp to another type and bring in partners during a dissolution process? This is a 30 year old CPA practice and 25 year old marriage potentially splitting up. If the other spouse worked as a Mgt Consultant for 12 years in the CPA practice are there advantages fighting for Principal status/stock? or just take the valuation/alimony and run?
