Sale of family home

If during the divorice the spouse that is in the family home prevents the sale of the family home. By not allowing open houses and keeping the condition of the home dirty. Does the other spouse have any recorse if the house is foreclosed on?

You may have recourse, but it will likely be ineffective. If the situation is as you say, you should file a motion for exclusive use and possession of the home so that the house may be sold. I suggest that you retain an attorney, he could save you thousands of dollars. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
