Sale of Home due to Divorce

I bought a home in Sept 06. I've never lived there due to military obligation. My Wife gave me the run down that it's over and a divorce is warranted from her.

Is she obligated to receive money from the home? It would had been 5 years in May. If the house is in my name only. The house is located near Pittsburgh, PA. Does she get money from the sale of my home?

if you bought and paid for it from community funds, then the proceeds from its sale will probably be divided equally. there might be other credits and charges, however.
