Sample Opening Statement for Child Custory hearing?

Sample novel? Sample essay? Sample opinion editorial? That's really the same as what you are asking for. Only add the fact that child custody proceedings are semi-private, and you not only won't find any samples that will do you any good because they don't fit your situation, also are unlikely to get any samples at all, because no attorney would share his client's information like that. I sure won't. All I can tell you is lay out what you are asking the court to order, and then provide a "road map" of the evidence you will submit, NOT argument, just an outline of the facts you will prove. If it has more than a rare scattering of adjectives it is a bad opening statement - save opinion and argument for closing.
There's no jury in a child custody hearing. Opening statements are for juries.
