Santa Cruz County Commissioner, Jana Kast-Davids, ruled stipulation agreement is void, child support set at guideline amount. In re Marriage of Lambe & Meehan (1995) 37 Cal. App. 4th, the court stated, "[S]tipulations between parents involving the minor children which attempt to divest the court of jurisdiction are void and the doctrine of estoppel does not apply." Hearing on 10/27/2014, OSC for Contempt to reinstate my permanent spousal support. Q: What are my chances of winning this case? (No answer received from Respondent in this case) Colleen

Your chances of winning what case? The Commissioner is legally correct, stipulations between the parents that attempt to rule out child support are legally void.
