Grandmother paying on storage unit for my mother for 10 years. She wants to stop but they won't let us have access to the storage. I want to find out how I can get access to the unit if know one has seen or heard from my mother for 4 plus years

If you are not the contracting party with the storage unit, you are not going to get access without a court order. To get a court order, you are going to have show some right to get at that property. Your mother "missing" for 4 years isn't enough to open a probate court matter I wouldn't think.
