Legal Question in Family Law in California
What would be the best schedule for visitation of a 21 mo. old who has a mother in CA and a father in NV? The father just moved to NV a couple mo. ago and is trying to fight for 50/50 and wanting to have a toddler travel on a plane one a week to week basis. He has had only 25% custody since our son was 5 mo. and before that I had him 100%. What would be the best for your son psychologically, emotionally and physically....

Dad's an idiot. On top of clearly having no concern for his son's true well being, by moving away without a move-away order, he is behind the eight-ball on his motion. But we lawyers are not qualified to say what is best for your son. You need a custody evaluator or psychologist for that.
