schooling support

Im in the Phil., when my husband letf for CA who NEVER give financial support for his son since birth. Now my son is 19yrs.old, can i ask for his college support frm. his father?

Assuming that your child went to college after high school graduation and is attending college full time he is entitled to support from the father

for his college expenses to the extent the father is financially able.
