i have been searchjng for my husband, i found him on facebook, and founf he is married to another women, he married her the day he was supose to come home ( truck driver) and he says i have the wrong guy. it is him. what do i do can i sue fir alimoney, please what do i do

You can only get alimony if you file a petition to dissolve your marriage or legally separate.

To find him, you may also want to do a "skip trace". There are private investigators out there who will for around $125 search for him, and, if good, find him. You would provide to the skip tracer as much info as you have regarding your husband. I suggest skip tracing your husband, because when filing a divorce, you will need to have him personally served. In order to do that, you will need to know where he lives or works. Good luck
