a secret marriage
I got married too young and got divorce few months later, now i am engaged and need to know if I can get my marriage licence with out saying I am divorce.

In California, questions on the marriage license application require a true and correct response...previous divorces must be disclosed...see privacy notice that comes with application.

When you say "got married too young", were you under 18? That would make a difference. However, if you were over 18, you must get a divorce before you get married or you will be guilty of bigamy, which is a crime.
