Seeking a Legal Seperation or Divorce

My husband had been cheating on me. He admitted taking a women out but never had sex and states that wasn't cheating. He goes out every weekend. I want to get him out of the house

Then you have to file for legal separation or dissolution (divorce). The only other way to get him out of the house is if you have ground for and obtain a restraining order.
