Legal Question in Family Law in California
Who to send final disclosure to.
The divorce is simple she wants support. She is the petitioner. She has not sent me (I'm in pro per) the final disclosure statements. She has hired a lawyer. I have filled out the income and expense and the assest and debit long forms and am ready to send them to her. Do I send them to her or to her lawyer? She is not very cooperative. Should I send then US MAIL regeistered Receipt requested or use a service? She is not always easy to find. Can I send a copy to the court with a formal request that they order her to send me a full final disclosure? Do I have to wait for proof of receipt before I can send in my request for final judgement?

You need to have someone else mail it
You need to have someone else mail it to her attorney and that person needs to file a proof of service with the court. As far as getting her to send you her forms you can file a motion after you send your forms asking the court to order her to do it.
