Legal Question in Family Law in California

Me and my ex separated, but not married. I have my son for almost a year now. Whenever he wants to see our son, I drive so they could meet. I don't want him to know where we live. But he refuses he keeps on asking. We have no court order or anything. Does he have the right to know our address? Pls reply thank you. Im really stressed right now.

To protect you and your son, you should get court orders defining the visitation and custody plan. The process would consist of filing and serving a paternity petition along with a motion to establsh custody, visitation and support.
